The HLPE has just launched an open electronic consultation to determine the scope of the new study "Constraints to Smallholder Investments in Agriculture", and will be open for comments until May 7th.

The study is facilitated through the FSN Forum http://km.fao.org/fsn/discussions/smallholders . Contributions can be submitted to the Forum Moderator at FSN-moderator@fao.org, and are accepted in English, French and Spanish.
