On March 15 and 20 the CSIPM Data Working Group held two workshops with the participation of civil society and social movements to reflect on key issues related to the impacts of data and digital technologies on food security and food sovereignty.
These discussions were conducted in the context of the upcoming CFS negotiations on the Policy Recommendations on data collection and analysis tools for food security and nutrition. The first round of negotiations will take place from 29 May to 2 June.
